After payment is received, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. Ms. Leon will call you within 3 days to schedule the appointment, and to give you her telephone number. 

Emergency Appointments

Sometimes we don't want to wait for a reading! For a higher fee, you will be sent Ms. Leon's number to arrange a same-day appointment! (Note: calls will be accepted up until 10:00 PM, PST only.) Ms. Leon will be present at the appointed hour to accept your call. Ms. Leon has the most modern telephone and message equipment available, but if you are unable to reach Ms. Leon within twenty-four hours after payment and the reading is delayed, you will receive another 50-minute reading FREE at an agreed-upon time.

General payment policies:

Payment for sessions is non-refundable, but times may be rescheduled if Ms. Leon is notified by telephone within two hours of the appointment time. Ms. Leon reserves the same rescheduling option for emergencies. However, if Ms. Leon's equipment malfunctions, or if she cancels the appointment without two hours' notice, when the reading is rescheduled you will receive 30 extra minutes for no additional cost.
